Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DailyRite (the “Service”), operated by Daily Rite LLC (“DailyRite,” “we,” “us”), 202 N Cedar Ave Ste #1, Owatonna, MN 55060. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.

2. The Service

DailyRite generates a personalized daily briefing — news summaries, weather, markets, sports, entertainment, a learning lesson, and (for Pro users who opt in) a calendar agenda — using automated systems including AI models and third-party data sources. The primary way to read your briefing is our website at dailyrite.org/briefing (including an installable web app). Optional delivery channels (email, web push, or a browser extension) may be available depending on your plan and settings.

3. AI & informational content — no professional advice

Briefings and lessons are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Content about markets, cryptocurrency, finance, health, or current events is provided for general information only and is not financial, investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice. Verify important information independently before relying on it. Summaries and links reference third-party sources we do not control or endorse.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• DailyRite offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription (monthly or annual plans) billed through Stripe.
• The free tier is supported in part by sponsored content: free briefings may include one clearly labeled sponsored or promotional card (see Section 5). Pro briefings do not include sponsored cards.
• New Pro subscriptions include a 21-day free trial; you won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then to avoid charges. A payment method is required to start the trial.
• After any trial, paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

5. Sponsored content & third-party links

• Free-tier briefings may include one sponsored or promotional card per briefing. Cards from third-party sponsors are labeled “Sponsored”; our own promotional messages are labeled “From DailyRite.”
• We select and schedule sponsored cards ourselves. They are not targeted using your personal information — see our Privacy Policy.
• Sponsored links lead to third-party websites that we do not control or endorse. Your use of a sponsor’s site or products is at your own risk and governed by that sponsor’s own terms and policies. A sponsor’s appearance in a briefing is paid placement, not a recommendation.
• Some sponsored links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you click them or make a purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to break security or rate limits; accessing other users’ data; scraping or reselling content; reverse-engineering except as permitted by law; or using the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, is owned by Daily Rite LLC and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Third-party content remains the property of its owners.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Daily Rite LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
